Class Descriptions
Forrest is a
strong practice in a safe and supportive environment.
Through asanas and breath work limits are tested and
physical/emotional transformations cultivated.
Basics
classes are slower paced with lots of demonstrations and
detailed instructions about alignment.
Level I / II
classes are faster paced and include more challenging
poses.
Intensive
classes are longer and fast paced. This is not appropriate
for new students.

What to bring: All classes require a yoga
mat, comfortable loose fitting or stretchy clothing, and a
willingness to reach new levels of awareness and presence
within your body.
Forrest classes often require a second yoga mat, a
towel and plenty of water (you will sweat in class).
